Welcome to Flo, a space curated to provide a sense of calm and tranquility whilst delivering a unique method to working out. At Flo we offer a combination of strength and Pilates which will undoubtedly transform your body and mind. The targeted, slow burn approach carves out the body and the intentional movements coupled with breath work calms down the central nervous system and gives any overactive brain something else to fixate on! We guarantee you will leave every session feeling nourished from the inside out.

Hi, I’m Charlotte!
Flo started as a little seed in my mind that grew and grew until I became utterly obsessed. I was a scientist who took on the corporate world and achieved some great things, but a part of my soul always wanted to be in a physical role, helping others fall in love with movement.
Movement for me is an escape, a means to have control over at least one aspect of my life when the rest may be in chaos, a sense of reward providing the me time that I deserve in my busy schedule and a way to give my over stimulated brain some time off because boy it needs it!
I’m a big city girl in a small town. the studio I wanted to go to didn’t exist so I poured everything I had into this space to bring a piece of the city to Stokesley.
