Flo FAQs

  • How do I join?
    There are a few ways to join Flo. You can purchase a membership which is a rolling direct debit – similar to a gym membership. Each membership allows you to book a set number of classes per month, this option discounts class prices, the more you come, the more the class price is discounted. All we ask for is a 3 month commitment, from there the membership rolls over month to month, unless cancelled.
  • Which class should I book?
    We have a number of different classes at Flo. View all our class types here
  • What should I wear/bring?
    Comfortable activewear. It is best for both of us if we can see your form by wearing fitted attire but wear anything that you feel comfortable in.
  • Where do I park?
    There is a lot of parking available in Stokesley. You can park on the cobbles straight outside the studio for free, for up to two hours with a parking disc. These can be obtained from the local shops such as Co-Op next door. There is also free parking all day on the tarmac areas. Please note that parking fills up quicker on market days, which are every Friday and the first Saturday of the month in Stokesley.
  • Do you have changing rooms?
    We do not have dedicated changing facilities however we do have a large bathroom facility which you are welcome to use.
  • How early should I arrive before class?
    10 minutes prior to pop everything away in the locker, change into your grip socks and be ready to go when the class starts.
  • What is the cancelation policy?
    We know plans can change and we try to best accommodate this at Flo but to ensure that everyone has the best chance to attend their favourite classes, you need to give 12 hours notice to change/cancel your class or you will lose the credit.
  • Can I change my membership?
    Upgrades, downgrades and cancellations must be sent with 30 days notice via email to hello@flostudios.co.uk
  • When are classes available to book?
    The timetable is released on a month to month basis on the last Friday of the month at 7pm.
  • How long do my purchased classes last?
    Monthly memberships allow you to book a certain number of sessions a month. You must use all allocated sessions as they do not roll over to the next month. Single sessions last 30 days from purchase. Class packs last 1 year from purchase.
  • Do you offer pre-natal classes?
    As of autumn 2024 we offer pre-natal group and 1:1 mat sessions. October 24 for pre-natal mat and November 24 for Pre-natal reformer.
  • Do you offer 1:1s and 2:1s?
