All memberships and Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have made your booking and payment correctly.

The timetable is available to view + book for up to 4 weeks at a time.

Our online booking facility works by showing the availability of classes on the date and time you select. Class availability changes dynamically as and when bookings are made or cancelled by members.

All members are responsible for their purchases and for managing their account. This includes booking in, moving and cancelling their sessions.

Single Class Sessions
You can attend your mat and reformer Pilates sessions using a PAYG system if you so wish. Single class Sessions expire 1 month from purchase.

Class Packs

The class packs are one off payments which allow the member to book onto any classes they wish. Class Packs expire 3 months from purchase.

Memberships

Memberships are rolling direct debits which enable members to attend up to either 4, 8, 12 or 16 classes a month. A 3-month billing cycle commitment is required for each membership, then the membership rolls over monthly and can be cancelled by giving 30 day’s notice.

Membership Holds

You may pause your membership e.g., in the instance you go on holiday. Charge dates and membership charge cannot be amended i.e., you will still be billed the normal monthly direct debit amount however, any credits you do not use during this hold will be added to your next months allowance. You must email hello@flostudios.co.uk  to let us know of the hold + how many credits you will require adding to your account due to the hold being in place.

Cancellations

You may cancel a class at any time without losing this session from your membership or class pack so long as you do so 12 hours or more before the date and time of the class you have booked. If you cancel over 12 hours before the class starts then the session will automatically be added back onto your account. Once inside 12 hours and, in order to be fair to clients, the session cannot be added back onto your account.

Please note: because Flo is a premium studio + spaces are limited, a penalty system is in place at Flo whereby you will be blocked from booking in your sessions after missing 3 of your Flo sessions. To unfreeze your account you need to request to do so in writing to hello@flostudios.co.uk + the freeze will be lifted after 14 days.

Arriving on Time

Please ensure you arrive on time for your class, ideally 10 minutes before to pop all of your belongings in a locker. The class warm-up is designed to help with the avoidance of injury. If you are more than 5 minutes late, the trainer has the right to refuse you entry into the class and you will forfeit your credit.
